ClickSoftware Launch ServiceOptimization 8.1.9 to Increase Workforce Efficiency

ClickSoftware (News - Alert) Technologies Ltd, an automated mobile workforce management and optimization solutions provider, announced on Tuesday the release of ServiceOptimizatioin 8.1.9, providing a list of new tools and various enhancements that allow supervisors and dispatchers to manage a vast quantity of work and resources more easily and effectively.


One of these enhancements includes embedding more artificial intelligence (AI) and automation into its solutions, helping to control context-aware computing to make more intelligent business decisions.

“This new release is all about making your service business more intelligent, not just more efficient. Artificial Intelligence has always been an important part of our solutions – it is one reason why weare the market leader and our customers achieve such astounding results,” Moshe BenBassat, Chairman and CEO of ClickSoftware, said in a statement. “This latest version sees that intelligence extended through a host of new functions designed to assist back office and mobile workers in delivering remarkable customer experiences to those at the end of the service chain.”

The new tools and features that the update provides includes the ability to obtain all your knowledge and resources from any mobile device, proactive business monitoring in order to automate workflows and alerts, and also automatize crew scheduling to provide total coverage to the customers and decrease error.
