BROWZ Introduces Web-Based Learning Management System
A new offering from BROWZ promises to remove the labor intensive tasks related to providing classroom-style training to contractors at the employee level. The company has achieved this by delivering training through the Web by the release of BROWZ Training Center.
BROWZ’s clients can configure the web-based learning management system according to their needs and specific training requirements. This robust learning management system will enable BROWZ to provide orientation and safety training to contractors before they arrive onsite. Because the BROWZ Training Center can support multiple languages, contractors can easily complete the training in their native language.
Businesses can also validate the completion of training requirements thanks to training history and pass/fail scores that are stored in BROWZ.
The company says it added Training Center to its expanding, innovative suite of products to address the increased demand for employee level management.
“This new offering complements our existing prequalification and compliance solutions while providing further transparency at the supplier and workforce level,” said Elaine Beitler, CEO of BROWZ, in a statement. “This transparency will ultimately result in our client's ability to make better informed decisions for their business and mitigate risk within their supply chain.”
BROWZ already offers prequalification and compliance programs and this Training Center is an add-on these solutions. In addition to this program BROWZ offers integration with point-of-entry security systems. It also offers employee level compliance, attendance and time tracking to businesses.
BROWZ provides solution for comprehensive supply chain risk mitigation and simplifies the exchange, verification, and maintenance of critical data between clients and their supply chain. The company was awarded a patent by the US Federal government, for its compliance management and business risk calculation software in 2012.
